Using Insurance for Therapy Services
In-network insurance plans may vary by clinician. A benefits verification is required prior to your first session, and your portion of the payment is due at the time of service.
If your preferred clinician is out of network, we can easily provide you with paperwork (“superbill”) for you to claim out-of-network benefits. In the event that your insurance network provides coverage for out of network services, they will reimburse you directly. Our full, private pay fee will be due at the time of your session.
Insurance benefits vary significantly by plan and may or may not cover some therapy services.

● When utilizing insurance, insurance can discontinue financial session coverage at any time.
● Utilizing private pay for therapy services ensures a higher level of medical privacy and control over the direction of your treatment with us.

No Show Policy
Rewired Health charges a fee of $99 for missed appointments that are not canceled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment start time. To cancel your appointment, you may change your appointment in your client portal, email your clinician directly, or contact info@rewiredhealth.org
